As a law firm, we specialize primarily in regulatory advisory services. We implement projects focused on providing our clients with solutions in the areas of Implementation, Transaction, Monitoring, and Auditing related to the financial instruments market and reference benchmarks.
Our Customers
Our clients are primarily entities subject to the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF): banks, investment firms, investment funds and alternative investment companies along with their managers, as well as insurance companies, depositaries, trading platforms, and administrators of reference benchmarks.
We also provide services to corporations and other entities involved in trading financial instruments and using reference benchmarks.
